Tight Quality Check in the production
department, packing department & outgoing
product. We implement Quality Control Sheet
for documenting parts |

| Our spring ranges
reflect the most commonly requested
sizes by a custom spring design.
A variety of materials are used
when manufacturing all type of
springs, high carbon steel, music,
stainless steel, and other available
types of spring wire. Our wire
size range of material is from
a minimum of 0.10mm diameter to
a maximum of 8.0mm diameter. |

compression
springs
are opening
coiled and offer resistance to compressive
forces. Compression springs have a
wide variety of applications, and
fabricate in straight, tapered or
cone-shaped sections to fill your
needs. |
|
| |
extension springs
are close coiled
and offer resistance to pulling forces,
extension types difference from compression
types in that the coils are wound close
together with a built-in initial tension.
This initial tension controls the force
necessary to deflect the springs. |
|
| |
torsion springs
are helically wound
springs which exert a torque or force
in a radial direction. Torsion springs
offers resistance to teist or rotationally
applied force. When forces are applied
to torsion springs, inside diameters
decrease and body lengths increase. |
|
|
|
constant - force
springs
is produced to provide specific force
which is exerted through the entire
extension of the springs. The force
is constant as long as the radius, due
to diameter buildup causes the spring
to load slightly as it is extended.
Several material are use to make constant
force springs, these include stainless
steel, carbon steel and etc. |

wire forms
come in an unlimited array of shapes
& configurations done on CNC machine.
Various materials, tensile strengths
and shapes which suitable for any
product. |
